Based on my 1990 Ford Bronco II sales brochure there were no options in 1990. The separate rear opening glass was no longer an option. You could get the rear window wiper/washer defroster option which was standard on the EB addition but optional on all the rest.

They're basically the same body style for all years, except the fenders and doors. Some had rear windows that opened, like 87 up I think. Some had handles that locked too. If you want to swap one out, just make sure hinges and strikers line up correctly.
