Phase 2 of the cowl repair. I fiber-glassed the small holes and then applied brush-on seam sealer. Once that cured, I used a self leveling seam sealer for inside the cowl. I jacked up the passenger side of the Bronco so that the seam sealer would flow along the inside cowl seam. It was messy but I got a good solid flow all along the seam. I used a borescope to make sure.
For phase 3, I'll let that cure for a day or so and apply a top coat to the engine bay and use the frame rail rust encapsulater nozzle to spray a top coat inside the cowl.
Of particular note is that the tube of self leveling seam sealer is really only half the cartridge. I almost broke my hand trying to squeeze it all the way before I realized that was all there was. It kinda gave me a feeling of being cheated a bit, but it was enough in the end.

Looks good, I can appreciate the effort that you've into it.
